Armed/Unarmed Guards

Guarding force comprises ex-army soldiers and trained guards who have undergone rigorous training at our own training school under the supervision of instructors from Special Services Group and also certified in training via APSAA. Technology and human resource is integrated in a manner to deliver the best results. Guards are deployed on 8 hours & 12 hours shifts to the clients locations as demanded. Proper documentation, Police Verification & Nadra Verification has been carried out in deployment process as proper background checking of our Security Guards.

Training School

Company has its own well organized training school with sufficient number of qualified instructors. Company besides training own manpower also offers training facilities to its client organizations for the training of their security staff. All new security guard force personnel will be required to take and pass the prescribed minimum basic training program , as Basic Training, behavioral Training, on Job Training, Weapon Handling Training, Fire Practice. Instructions are being conducted in formal classroom sessions, complemented by audio-visual materials and physical tasks.

Arms & Ammunition

Shezada Security Services (Pvt) Ltd Guards are fully equiped with latest weapons & equipments like MP5's, 12 Bore Semi- Automatic Shotguns, 30 Bore Pistols, 7mm Rifles, KK Rifles, 222 Rifles, 0.223 Rifles, Bullet Proof Jackets, Bomb Blankets, Hand held Scanners Guards are fully conversant and qualified in weapon handling, ex-retired Non-commissioned officers of Pakistan Army are employed to impart weapon training instructions. All Shezada Security Branches are equiped with Weapon's Kote and Arms & Ammunition Workshops with skillfull Armourers employed for proper maintenance of weapons.

Installation of Alarm Equipments

Over a period of time, crime rate has increased manifold. Our company secures client‘s premises through its state of the art Hi- tech equipment which is based on US technology. Services are offered against following:-

Monitoring

A team of well trained Coordinators are constantly monitoring the Alarms system 24/7 via our latest technology software system recieving signals and updating our response teams and clients on account of activation of an alarm following actions are taken:-

• Get in contact with client on mobile/PTCL Telephone.

• Message is sent to response team through wireless and mobile phone

• Message is given to Police Emergency Service.

• Response team reaches client premises within 15-20 minutes.

• Informs the client as well as fire brigade in case of fire hazard.

Patrolling

A system developed by Shezada security services is in use by our various clients to check their premises during day /night physically with the help of Electronic Patrolling Device. System is useful for Banks having no night guard and for the clients having unguarded premises or willing to check the security staff on different locations. Presently we are patrolling around 600 locker branches of various banks in different cities.

• RFID Tag is placed outside the Bank’s branch or premises whether guarded or secured by alarm system. • Scanner and RFID Tags are scrutinized using software developed by Shezada Security Services. • RFID Tags contains the code given by Client / Bank to its premises • Two armed Supervisors on motorbikes along with electronic scanners visit the locations as per given route and timing. They are in communication with control room. • Control room is manned by trained duty officers with adequate communication system. • On reaching the given location supervisors checks the premises physically.
